The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.” – William James

In a world where everyone is busy trying to juggle their lives to fit everything in around everyone else, it’s easy to lose sight of who we really are and what’s actually going on inside ourselves.

So ask yourself if the image you have in your mind – of your life and who you are – is really accurate.  Or are you trying to live a life that isn’t true to the nature of you?

Remember, happiness is a journey not a destination, so if your image of your life and who you are isn’t clear, or is distorted in any way to fit into other people’s ideals, you will find these false images will begin to overshadow everything you do, and consequently everything that happens to you in life.

So if you feel that you are being dogged by ‘fate’

ask yourself WHY?

Focus your energies on enjoying the moment – the future will be upon you soon enough.

Concentrate on building truthful images in your mind – images that are really what you want, and not dominated by the thoughts and fears of others.  You have the will-power to visualise and thus create the sort of world you want to live in.

And if those images are strong enough you can make your truths become a reality.

Think about that!
